World’s First Smartphone with Two 1080p Displays – Gionee W900

Often called as Apple of China, Gionee’s new flagship smartphone leaked ahead the launch in China, dubbed as W900.

Gionee-W900Gionee W900 will sports two 4-inch displays with 1080 x 1920 pixels of resolution, as passed in TENAA. According to the online leaked details, it will run the latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS, and will comes in flip mode, with a big pixels of density 550ppi. According to the rumors in China, the phone will be not released for international users.

The Gionee W900 is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, alongside 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in storage, with an expansion slot. Housing a 13MP rear-facing camera, it will also come with a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter for selfies and video calling. Featured with LTE, the phone packs a 2,050mAh battery.

In terms of connectivity options, the W900 includes 4G LTE, GPS, A-GPS, NFC, Bluetooth and WiFi. The only problem with this device is, it will 14.8 mm thin, which will make it bulky in handling as compared to another flagship smartphones. It’s weight is 172 grams.
