Videocon has unveiled a new phone, called it Infinium Z50 Quad. It is listed in the company website with a tag price Rs 7349.
The new smartphone, Videocon Infinium Z50 Quad features a 5-inch qHD IPS Capacitive Touch Screen display with 960*540 pixels of resolution and runs Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) OS out of the box. It is available in Black and White colour, with a dimensions of 145.4* 72.4*8.2 mm, but no word about its weight.
The Infinium Z50 Quad houses a 5-megapixel rear facing camera with Auto Focus, LED Flash, Face Detection and Panorama Shot; while there is also a 2 MP front-facing shooter is available for selfies. It is backed by a 1900mAh battery, but the company has not revealed the talk-time and standby time.
Along with 8 GB of internal storage, the Videocon Infinium Z50 Quad also comes with an expansion slot, that can be upgraded with up to 32 GB of an external memory card. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-Core processor, and coupled with 1GB of RAM. In terms of connectivity options, the Z50 include Bluetooth V 4.0 LE, Micro USB, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, GPS-AGPS, 3G, Dual SIM (WCDMA+WCDMA) with dual standby, FM Radio with Recording and Audio Jack 3.5mm.
The Videocon Z50 Quad has pre-applications like Opera Mini, Email, V-secure, V-Safe, Hungama, Fun Zone, GT Racing 2, and Modern Combat 4. It also supports Proximity, Accelerometer, and Ambient light sensors.
