Meizu K52 is Really 1000 Yuan Flagship Smartphone?

Over the internet rumors are floating that Meizu is planning to launch a flagship smartphone for only 1000 Yuan in China, translating to Rs 10,000 or US $162 as per current exchange rate. Recently, Meizu K52 visited to GFX Bench database and leaved the traces of its features and specifications, ahead the actual launch in China. So, it is expected that it will be 1000 Yuan phone.

According to the online leaked details from GFX Bench, the Meizu K52 (provisional name) will be powered by a 64-Bit MediaTek MT6752 chipset, which is coupled with 1.7GHz octa-core processor, and will bring the 4G LTE connectivity in cheap rates. The handset will be also come with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage with expansion slot.

The Meizu K52 sports a 4.6 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixel resolution) touchscreen display and comes with ARM Mali-T760 GPU. It also runs the latest Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS, but no details yet for its camera.

The smartphone will boast accelerator, compass, proximity, pedometer, gyroscope and light sensor. It will also include connectivity options like Bluetooth,  GPS, and WiFi, but will have only single SIM card slot.
