Lenovo A5000 has been launched in Philippines with a price Php 6,999. It is also listed in the company international website.
According to the firm, the Lenovo A5000 features MediaTek MT6582 1.3GHz Quad Core processor with 1GB of RAM. It sports a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 resolution) IPS display with 300ppi pixels of density. It measures 71.4mm x 9.98mm x 140mm and weighs 160g (0.3 lbs).
The 8GB internal storage of A5000 smartphone is further expandable with up to 32GB of microSD card. It packs a 4000mAh Li-Po battery with Quick Charge technology, that is rated for up to 35 hours (2G) / 17 hours (3G) talk-time and up to 32 days (2G) / 33.5 days (3G) standby.
Lenovo A5000 houses an 8MP auto-focus rear shooter with LED flash and also boasts a 2MP fixed-focus camera at the front for video calling and selfie. It supports Dual SIM (Mini + Regular / WCDMA+GSM) with dual standby functionality. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat OS out of the box.
In terms of connectivity options, the A5000 include GPRS, EDGE, HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, A-GPS and FM Radio (Excluding Turkey). It is equipped with gravitation, proximity and light sensors. Real Football 2015, Gamestore, Tap the Frog, Green Farm 3 and Spiderman Ultimate Power are pre-installed games in the phone.
