The Gigabyte – a company based on Russia has launched a new smartphone, the Gsmart Akta A4. Running on Android Kitkat OS, the handset comes with 5-inch IPS touchscreen, which is paired with 960 x 540 pixels qHD resolution. It is powered by true Octa-Core processor, which is clocked at 1.4GHz and coupled with 1GB of RAM.
The Gigabyte GSmart Akta A4 has dual-SIM (WCDMA+GSM) slot, and supports dual standby functionality. The smartphone houses a 13MP rear -facing shooter with auto-focus and LED flash facility, while there is also a large 5-megapixel front-facing camera is available for pretty selfies and video chats.
The 8GB built-in storage of GSmart Akta A4 is further expandable with up to 32GB of microSD card. It packs a Li-ion battery of 1800mAh capacity, according to the company rated for 6 hrs of talk-time and 250 hrs of standby time. Connectivity options include GPS, AGPS, Micro USB (USB OTG supported), Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm ear jack and FM Radio.
Measuring the 147 x 73 x 9.6mm dimensions, the Gigabyte GSmart Akta A4 weighs 158gms. It comes with accelerometer, e-compass, proximity, light and gyroscope sensors. Other features included are USB OTG, battery doctor, clean master, WPS office, lock screen and cast screen.
