Celkon has launched a affordable Windows 8.1 powered smartphone in India with a price Rs 4999 only.
The Celkon Win 400 supports dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM) with dual standby functionality, and comes powered by a snapdragon 200 (MSM8212) 1.3GHz quad core processor. The CPU is further coupled with Adreno 302 GPU and 512MB of RAM. It runs Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 Operating System.
The Win 400 has 4GB of built-in storage which is further expandable with up to 32GB of microSD card. The handset weighs 121 grams and it is 10.3mm thick. The phone sports a 4 inch IPS display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. It boasts a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and also packs an enough good 1.3-megapixel front camera for selfies.
Backed by a Li-ion battery of 1500 mAh capacity, the Celkon Win 400 can provided up to 5 hrs of talk-time and 200 hrs of standby time. In terms of connectivity options, the device includes GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wifi, USB, GPS, Bluetooth and 3.5 mm ear jack.
