Today, Chinese smartphone maker Xolo has launched a new smartphone, dubbed as Q1020. It is available officially in India with a price Rs 11499.
The Xolo Q1020 comes with MediaTek MT 6582 1.3 GHz Quad Core processor, which is coupled with Mali 450 GPU, alongside 1GB of RAM. The handset features a 5-Inch HD IPS (720 x 1280 pixels) touchscreen display with 294 PPI and 16M colours. The screen is protected by Scratch Resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and also 5 fingers supported.
The Q1020 supports Dual SIM (WCDMA+WCDMA) with Dual Standby functionality and runs Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS. The phone houses a 13-megapixels rear-facing camera with Exmor RS Sensor and 1080p video recording supports. There is also a 2 MP front camera is onboard for sefies and operating calling. It comes with a set of sensors like G-Sensor, Magnetometer, Accelerometer, Ambient light, Proximity and Hall Effect.
Connectivity options included by the Xolo Q1020 are USB 2.0 Hi Speed with OTG Support, Bluetooth V4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Hotspot, WLAN, GPS / AGPS and 3.5 mm ear-jack. It has 8GB internal storage and further expandable up to 32GB using micro-SD card. It is backed by a 2100 mAh Li-Pol battery, that is rated for standby time (3G) up to 454 hours and talk time (3G) up to 12.52 hours, according to the company. It measures 143 x 71 x 8.7 mm, but no word about its weight.
